Rules of the Facebook and Instagram Contest
Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance by the participants of these rules. These contests are not associated with Facebook or Instagram, nor managed or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.
Price Description
This contest will run from June 12 to June 26, 2025, midnight.
The price includes :
- The winner will be able to benefit from a Home Staging service valued at $5000 for a property of a maximum of 1500 square feet, from their client list, and located in the Greater Montreal area (see the affected regions) before December 31, 2025.
- The price includes staging with a maximum of 3 stylists, the rental of furniture and accessories for 45 days, renewable under the current conditions, and transportation.
- The valuation will cover the living room, the dining room with a maximum of 6 chairs, the kitchen, the master bedroom, an additional bedroom or an office, and a bathroom. Any additional rooms can be valued at an extra cost, at the usual rate.

Excluded items include:
- The price does not include curtains or any other special additions.
- Any specific requests may be reviewed with the stylist and are subject to the current pricing.

Winner designation
- The winner will be contacted by the marketing team of Elle Home Staging no later than June 30, 2025, via private message on Elle Home Staging's Messenger account.
- He or she must acknowledge receipt by responding to the said message within 72 hours. In the absence of a response within the mentioned timeframe, the price will be canceled.
Price Claim
Participation in the contest implies knowledge and acceptance of these rules.
- If any of the conditions set out in these rules are not met, the participation of the selected person will be canceled and a new winner will be chosen, in accordance with the rules, until a participant is selected and declared the winner.
- Elle Home Staging reserves the right to cancel all or part of the contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever.
- Elle Home Staging also reserves the right to suspend the game, shorten it, or extend it without notice if circumstances require. No compensation may be requested by the participants.
- Participation in the contest implies the authorization given to the contest organizer to retain the personal data of the participants. Elle Home Staging commits to keeping this data for its own purposes and not to disclose the collected information to third parties.
