Job description: Operations & project manager
Reporting directly to the owner, the Operations & Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of all Home Staging projects, including:

• team coordination.
• purchasing and vendor management.
• full logistics for installations and pickup.
• maintaining high quality and design standards.
• continuous optimization of operational processes.

This strategic role requires strong organizational vision, excellent project management skills, and a high level of autonomy..

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee Home Staging projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate the on‑site team and maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and supplier relationships to support efficient project flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear, professional communication with clients and partners.
• Optimize budgets and ensure operational profitability across all projects.
• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Maintain high quality standards for every Home Staging project delivered.
• Collaborate closely with the owner on business strategy, operational planning, and overall company vision.
  

Desired profile
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive professional.

• Strong experience in project management (event planning, logistics, retail, interior design, or Home Staging).
• Natural leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Knowledge of Home Staging, interior decorating, or visual merchandising (a strong asset).
• Proven abilities in budget management, cost optimization, and negotiation.
• Comfortable with digital tools, scheduling software, and inventory/operations platforms.
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous, analytical, and solution‑driven.
• Strong attention to quality standards.
• Flexible and able to stay calm and efficient during high‑volume periods.
